Purpose and consent
CleanBreak provides habit timers and optional family accountability. Only start or manage another person's timer when that person has granted the relevant permission. Do not use the service to harass, coerce, monitor, or endanger anyone.
Not medical advice
CleanBreak is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Timers and educational content are not diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified professional for health concerns and contact emergency services when appropriate.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, purchase and renewal are processed by the applicable app store. Prices and trial eligibility appear before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Restores are available to the same store account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions, upload unlawful content, or use CleanBreak in violation of another person's rights.
Availability
Mobile operating systems can delay notifications because of permissions, Focus or battery settings, network conditions, or device restrictions. Keep system permissions enabled and do not rely on CleanBreak for emergencies or safety-critical timing.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using CleanBreak or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. CleanBreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
