You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the app.
- Open CleanBreak and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy Center.
- Select Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
What is deleted
Your profile, family connections and invitations, timer history, device registrations, app settings, optional avatar, active sessions, and authentication account are deleted. Subscription financial records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat remain subject to those providers' legal retention requirements.
Deleting your CleanBreak account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you want to stop renewal.
If you cannot use the app
Email privacy@usecleanbreak.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
